This is a 2 master suite vacation rental condo. It sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a king size gel top bed. Each has it's own bathroom. The large pool is only steps away from our lanai door.
16 miles to Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft Myers(RSW),
7 miles to Bonita Beach and the Gulf, 6 miles to Interstate 75 ramp, 4 miles from Coconut Point and 8 miles to the Miromar outlet stores. Tons of old town charm and lots of quaint restaurants nearby.
Amenities
This is located in a residential area and sits on 10 acres of land. The condo is just a 1/2 mile from US 41, Includes a heated swimming pool with motorized handicap chair lift, tennis court, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball hoop, horse shoe court, and a clubhouse. Plus, you can visit the beach on the Gulf for a fun day as well.
A Large TV in the living room area and a small TV in the bedroom. A desk and computer are available for your use.

Rates
Rates range from $100-$150 per night. Our normal length of stay is 30 days which has an even greater discounted rate. WE also offer
"off season" rates from June through September. Call for more information. There is a $200.00 cleaning fee per stay, and we ask for 1/2 of the total stay amount for a deposit to hold your dates upon booking.
